I had a wonderful and helpful experience at Ibis Budget Hamburg City Ost. During my stay, I encountered an unexpected issue with my reservation. However, the staff, particularly Frau Helena Hoffman, went above and beyond to find me a room in another Ibis Budget hotel. Their kindness and attentive service truly made a difference. The hotel was also clean, conveniently located, and had all the basic amenities I needed. I highly recommend this hotel.

The best aspects of our stay at this hotel were the clean and well-sized rooms. It was such a relief to have enough space to put our belongings and feel comfortable during our Christmas vacation. Additionally, the location was perfect as there were several restaurants around and a metro station just a 15-minute walk away. This made it incredibly easy for us to explore the city and enjoy the festive atmosphere.
